We love, love, love it. It works so well and my husband is a big guy, and he uses it with no problems. The only thing is that we wish that the panel lit up so you could see it in dim light or when using it at night. otherwise, we recommend this to everyone! It is a top of the line product with a much lower price and not such a strain on the wallet!!!

I bought this on Amazon about a year ago. It was easy to set up (about 2 hours), all the parts were there and the directions were accurate. I used to use it about three times a week but lately I’ve been using it almost every day. It has held up very well, it’s quiet, a great workout, and my feet are always in a comfortable position (some home elliptical put your feet at awkward angles). On the bad side the heart rate monitor is slow to get a reading and a slightly longer stride length would be nice, but these are minor gripes. It is an excellent piece of equipment and well worth the money.

So of course I was concerned before I got this, that I would be getting what I paid for. Something that squeaked loudly all the time, or was impossible to put together. Not true for me. I’ve had it a month, and it is real quiet and smooth. Putting it together took at least 3 hours, but I also did it myself, and took my time. I’m male, and can put stuff together, but i’m no handyman. Still, I handled this on my own, and the instructions are real simple. As for the workout, it’s pretty tough. Even level one is a tough workout for a half hour, and I have yet to push it up over level 3. It’s just what i need, a machine that can fit in the corner of the room, give me a sweat, and keep me in shape. I recommend this machine for sure. Hopefully, it doesn’t fall apart. I’ve had to re-tighten the screws once, but that could have been my fault on assembly. My girlfriend loves it, she is 5 foot 3, and the stride is fine for her. I’m 6 feet, and the stride is perfect as well. Glad I didn’t spend 1500 for some fancy machine.

I was having issues with my Polar heart rate monitor. I rinsed and washed my previous strap as indicated in the directions and had replaced the battery on the coded transmitter, but I was still getting unreliable heart rate readings. As soon as I replaced the strap, the Polar heart rate monitor worked correctly again.

I lost the original transmitter that cames with the Polar and I saw that my polar works with the Polar Wearlink Coded model, so I bought this model and it is working fine. I really like this wearlink, and the differential to buy this specific model was the option to change battery, because the regular one does not offer this option, once the battery stop to work, you need to buy a new one.
Summary, it is good and works fine, in my case I really like it.

I bought this to replace my previous wearlink transmitter that my dog chewed up. I have to say that I am extremely pleased with this one. It is updated from the original one I received with my unit and it is more sensitive and fits more comfortable than the original wearlink. This is by far the most comfortable heartrate monitor transmitter available.

I bought this to replace the old style solid transmitter. It’s way more comfortable and the contacts are soft so they stay wet if you don’t start your workout right away. Unfortunately the belt clips are starting to delaminate after about 3 months. The clip is still fine but it’s looking ugly. Still better than the old units.

Replacement strap is a much better design than the original that came with the Polar M61 I received a couple of years ago. It is less likely to suffer the same defect of having the snap detach from the strap since that was the method of putting the strap on across your chest. The replacement strap is also better designed in the contact area and seems to provide immediate and accurate heart rate readings; I haven’t had the need of pre-wetting the strap to get a heart rate reading. It was also convenient to have two different sizes available (XS - S) and (M-XL)

I purchased Polar F6 because my trainer told me it was one of the best HRMs in the market, so I took his word for it! For a beginner, as myself, the Polar F6 was easy to use and program, it is VERY helpful with monitoring my HR during my workouts and I feel the benefits of working within zone. The F6 provides easy to access data and keeps a record of your workouts to note progress. Overall is a good quality HRM and I am sure I am not using it at its full capacity…but for my basic needs, the F6 was a great investment.

I always get Polar HRM- they last forever & I usually give my old ones to my sisters to use, because they still work. But when it comes to working out, I am a gadget junkie so I have to have the newest model/color. I noticed the biggest complaint by others is battery replacement. I have never had a transmitter quit working & my batteries usually last a good long while. So… when you go to replace your battery, use your local jeweler. He can order the battery if he doesn’t have it on hand. F11, he has on hand usually- F6 or F4, may have to order. BUT it always costs me between $10-15!!! And I know he will put it back together well- no leaks. Don’t worry about that waterproofing junk- mine have never leaked even after I replaced the batteries. Polar is the best, hands down- & they have great features & are easy to use!

I think this watch is great. I have been using it for a few weeks and have not had an issue with it. Its comfortable and I dont even realize I am wearing the strap when I am working out. Its easy and fun to use and use it for running. It motivates me to workout harder and longer! My boyfriend has the same watch for men and he digs it too.

I like it. I haven’t had a chance to figure out all the features yet, but I’m not sure if I’ll need to use all of them anyway. It’s been pretty easy to use so far. The only compaint is that the band that goes around the chest rubs on my skin and I’ve gotten a little chaffing. But I have pretty sensitive skin, so it’s probably more to do with me than the actual product.

I like the Polar F6 heart rate monitor, but, it is a little uncomfortable for me. For women who wear an underwire bra, it is not very easy to wear. Because of the underwire, I have a hard time getting it in the right position, and when I do, it cuts into me because of the bra. I wish there was another place to wear it, or if they could come up with an alternative heart rate monitor design.

My husband and I enjoy the Ironman Inversion table very much. We have discovered how to avoid the pain people get in their ankles when the table is inverted. If you securely fasten down the ankle straps has tight as you can withstand, then just relax totally, and you will discover the pain does go away. Your ankles will relax to the point where your feet feel like they are straightening out. Believe me, you will stay secure to the table.
The Ironman Inversion table was worth the money. I use it to stretch my spine, to allow the disc to slid back into place. My husband uses it to simple stretch and totally relax his body. Great Machine……..

built solid and easy to assembly. i would have rated it a 5 but, the only thing that could be improved is the ankle pad, which is a little uncomforable. other wise a great product for the price. amazon made it a great deal by offering free shipping.

For the price you pay and the quality you get you can’t beat it. Only down side might be the ankle harness isn’t the most comfy. I would recommend it to anyone. Great equipment and my back and body feel better every time I use it!!!

My husband was hit by a car when he was very young and has had back problems since. He hangs every day now and he says it helps. I have sciatica and it helps me also. We never invert fully as it is not necessary. We definitely would recommend this unit to anyone. It is not as easy to store as the ads say and it is big and takes a lot of room, but probably not anymore than any other, it’s just the way it’s made to do the job it was meant for.

It’s working very well and all parts are smoothly matched.Our all family enjoy it now. When you lie on the table you feel very comportable and feel restful. It is important to read out the manual before using it for better use. I’m sure you never regret to purchase this!

arrived promptly. it looks small but it can definitely hold 18 oz of liquid. My daughter had enough water to last her during the day. and we live in AZ. It fits in her insulated lunch bag so it was kept cool for the 8 hrs she’s in school. You can easily put ice inside, the mouth is wide enough, easy to clean too. Now that she’s off for the summer, I’m using it to keep me hydrated in my car. Don’t have to worry about plastic carcinogenic particles leaking into my drinking water. The bottle fits inside the cup holder, very convenient. I got the one with a sports cap, just pop it open and drink. I wanted to get away from plastic water bottles for all the usual eco and health reasons, and this stainless steel bottle fit the bill. The sports cap is a real plus for convenience on my many hikes, as it opens when the cap is lifted and closes when the cap is replaced, so I don’t have to touch it with my dirty hands, a real plus.

I bought this to replace one I had that was run over by a full size SUV. It is still usable, it is just ugly. These are tough canteens. Only two gripes which are the nature of a steel canteen. You have to suck the water out because you can’t squeeze it out. It doesn’t fit in a bike canteen holder because it is to slick, but then again, its steel. These weren’t anything I didn’t expect, just something to be aware of.

This is my third Kleen Kanteen. I bought the larger size for road trips and to avoid having to refill as often. In addition to being durable, the stainless steel does not impart any noticeable taste to the water. I have added a sports cap which works well. The Kleen Kanteens are the best water bottles I have found.

As soon as I put it in my hand the first time and started squeezing it, I loved this little thing, it feels GREAT in my hand, very ergonomic design, and the springs are nice and strong too (even though it’s the lightest model!). I would recommend this model the highest over the next three for somebody who is just beginning to strengthen their hands, it says right in the packaging that, “Hand specialists recommend lower tension and more repetitions than higher tension…” etc. The springs aren’t quite strong enough for my index and middle fingers, but are perfectly strong for my ring finger and pinky, which are the fingers I’m trying to work out the most (just on my left hand, for playing bass guitar). The blue 5 pound exerciser would probably be too much for my pinky and ring finger, and I would probably end up over-doing things and get tendonitis again in my left hand, so follow what they say, lower tension and more reps! It works great as a stress reliever, or something to mess around with, so more reps over a long period of time would be better anyways!

I am a underweight 29 year old male, and I wanted a hand grip stress reliever when I work at the computer. The “Heavy Tension” should be labeled light tension. The design is good, but the springs need higher spring constants. I am considering getting a higher tension hand grip.

I noticed a difference in two days, I would highly reccomend this item to people who are new to playing the guitar and need to build their strength and speed. I’m sure that this product would also people in other lines of work/recreation sure as sports.

I noticed weakness in my hands at the gun range. I was told by my gun instructor to purchase hand exercisers to help build the strength in my hands. I purchased this item and it has helped immensely. Great and inexpensive way to accomplished my goals.

This exerciser is very nice. My only complaint (and it is a small one) is that the palm side pad is much smaller on this version than the pad on the older version. While the smaller pad is not as comfortable, the product is still a winner and the best finger workout I have ever tried.

Sturdy, weight bags are easily inserted and removed, Velcro straps are good quality. I gave it one star less because I find the comfort to be less when I use low ankle support shoes. When I use regular shoes, the weights rest on your shoe, not on the foot and that is OK.

I purchased these Valeo weights because I was very weak after spending 3 months in the hospital & 1 month in rehab. I use them on my legs & do a variety of leg workouts to strengthen my leg muscles. I like that you can remove some of the weight simply by opening a velcro closure & pulling it out but I find them a bit awkward to put on but once on they are not going anywhere! I recommend these to anyone who are looking to improve muscle tone in either their arms or legs.

I’m very happy with both the ankle weights & service/shipping from Amazon. Product arrived in just a couple days with Free Shipping. Weights are adjustable as advertised by removing weights. My only regret is they are black & it is difficult to put my name on them to leave them at the gym.

I bought these ankle weights in order to continue rehabilitation at home after a total knee replacement. They are exactly what I needed, and are well made with removable weights. The only thing that would have made them better would have been 1 pound weights instead of 2 pounds. For a recovering TKR patient, the jump from 2 pounds to 4 pounds is a bit too much. However, for the average person looking for ankle weights, these are a winner!

These weights are the best. When you exercise they stay in place and do not unravel or slide. They were cheaper then all the rest offered and actually the better product. I went by another customer’s review when I bought them and I am so glad I did. Five stars all the way,

I searched and tested many home chinup bars and this one trumps them all. Super sturdy and has 10+ exercises that you can use it for. It is the only one that I found that has saftey anchors in the wall, a huge plus if you are doing multiple reps quickly. To some this is a drawback because you have to install 2 small L brackets on the other side of the door.

it is a great product it does the job and is so diverse in what workouts you can do. Good for your reverse chin ups, close grip, wide grip, standard, and many more. Easy to place in any doorway holds me up and up to 300lbs max which is good. Used often in Tony Horton’s P90X workout video’s gets put to great use!

It was easy to assemble and easy to install hooking it right over my doorframe. My husband can hang from it using his full body weight at 200 lbs. I like the different variations of hand positions with soft and comfortable grips already in place. I still need the assistance of a chair at 5 weeks but hope to be able to get a full chin up within the month!! Overall, the bar rocks!

The P90x chin up bar is an excellent chin up bar with multiple hand grips for the best possible workout. I’ve been using it with the P90x tapes, but will continue to use it even after the 90 days. At first, the nuts were difficult to fasten, but after pulling out my drill, they easily tightened. I also did not use the metal plates over the door frame. I’m a female, 5′6” and weigh 125 and the bar stays firmly in the doorway without shifting while I workout. It fits very snuggly without them, but I think they are more for securing purposes. Also, at first, the black part of the bar that goes over the door frame was rubbing off some black color on the white walls in my apartment, so I improvised with some clear plastic wrap (the kind that sticks to itself easily) and problem solved. I would definitely recommend this bar over others.

It was easy to assemble. Nice fit and finish. It works well for my 170 lbs. I bought it for the number of grip options it offered. Glad I bought it. The broad V of my back is coming in good…Something that I’ve futilely been trying to do with my lat pulldown cable. I’m almost 48 years old.

I purchased this product to continue my walking in place exercising while at my desk during work. I absolutely love it. Eight of my walking team members at work have ordered it also. I feel different muscles in my thighs being worked out as I petal the bike in place. It works great for me and is a great product. I only wish it had a pedometer along with the timer on it. I clip my pedometer to the side of my shoe to get my steps accounted for. I recommend the machine for those who want to work out and strenghten their leg and thigh muscles, especially to improve circulation.

Affordable, small footprint under the computer or in front of the TV - perfect for a newly diagnosed diabetic who must exercise when blood sugar levels are high and the weather outside is terrible. Perfect for that 10 - 30 minutes of muscle movement. My dietician recommended this type of product to help with needed exercise. Easy to put together. No reason to spend a lot of $ and I think we can travel with it also because the size is great. And free shipping and delivered in a week or less!

I purchased the Stamina InStride Cycle for my mother-in-law as she is elderly and gets no exercise and is loosing all mobility funtions due to lack of movement. The device allows her to exercise with her hands / arms and legs at an easy pace and it is rugged enough that if it gets abused, it will not hurt its funtion.

This has been most beneficial in home therapy following total knee replacement surgery. Although not an intensive workout, it provides options to be consistent in rehab. efforts at home.

This product is so great…..I have been raving about it to everyone I know. While attempting to survive this unending Northeast winter, this is a great way to get great cardio without trudging to the gym! I was pleased with my order. It was delivered on time, and there was nothing wrong with the DVD’s. I was alittle worried about ordering something online, but it was fine. The DVD’s are pretty good. I use them often, but tend to get bored with the workout. But, all in all, having the DVD’s gets me to work out more.

When I saw the paid ad on TV selling these DVD’s I was skeptical and was certainly not interested in paying the price on the TV ad, so I decided to order this Kick Start set of DVD’s through amazon.com and WOW! I was a dancer for 12 years and have always been looking for the opportunity to get my dancer body back, I have found the solution in Core Rythms! These ladies are great and will make you laugh with their enthusiasm and accents they try so hard to cover up! All of the different views you can look at during your work-out to make sure you are doing the moves correctly is really helpful and within moments you are sweating up a storm! I love it, I love how muscles are sore the next day like I have done a rigorous circuit training work-out at the gym, but have actually got an amazing work-out right in my own living room. There is no floor work (which is great for those who have a small living room) and it truly does give an excellent work-out. Just get it and stick with it! It’s certainly not the easiest work out but I guarantee you will be impressed by how benefical your results are when you’re done!

Great Workout! I’m usually not a fan of video workouts but this one is actually pretty fun. I like how they have a whole separate one (”Jump Start”) to teach you the moves. The time goes by really fast and I feel really sexy when I’m doing it. As far as results, my boyfriend commented a couple days later that my abs looked flatter. Of course, you have to eat healthier to see results. I wouldn’t recommend doing their “dancer diet” b/c they focus a lot on protein and cutting back on carbs. I’m a pre-med student and have learned a lot about nutrition so far, and even tho you might see results using their diet, it’s not healthy for you.

This is the first workout video I have bought that has kept me motivated to keep trying. Doesn’t feel like your “working”, but feels more like your doing a dance routine. It does get challenging and you will increase your heart rate/ build up a sweat doing this. It is fun, and the instructors are motivating. Helpful side videos show moves step by step that will help you if your stuck and confused.
